Governor Server Sentinel

Connect the signals.*
Server Sentinel brings your infrastructure’s security signals into one operation. The Governor Monitoring Agent runs on the computers and servers you agree to cover, connecting the tools suited to each device. RansomShield contributes its local observations where included. You agree collection and response permissions at onboarding. Company information stays separated. Sentinel receives the findings; Server Management gives your team the view and controls.

An intrusion warning, explained.*
Repeated failed sign-ins are followed by an unusual successful login. Watch the alert arrive, then open the incident to see the affected server and its observations. Sentinel connects those clues and suggests what to check next. The operator can inspect the evidence, review the proposed temporary firewall block, and approve the exact target and duration. The dashboard then records the outcome, so the team can follow the decision through.

Spot suspicious file activity.*
A sudden burst of file changes raises a different concern. RansomShield reports supported observations from the device, and Sentinel brings them into the incident. The dashboard shows what changed, which machine reported it, and what remains uncertain. Suspicious file activity calls for investigation; it does not, by itself, prove ransomware. Any protective response follows the permissions agreed for that device.

Investigate data leaving the network.*
Data theft can involve an unusual upload or small transfers repeated over time. Sentinel brings available network, account and authorised export evidence together to investigate those patterns. Approved backups provide context without erasing suspicious findings. Where encrypted contents or account records are unavailable, the gap stays visible. An outbound warning explains a concern; it does not establish what an outside recipient received.

Know where visibility is missing.*
A useful security view also shows where information is missing. Source status and observation age help distinguish a current report from an old or interrupted one. Server health belongs in the same picture: storage pressure, stopped services and lost monitoring need attention too. A missing signal remains visible, rather than becoming a reassuring green status or an assumption that the machine is safe.

Check the evidence behind the answer.*
From the incident, request an AI investigation of the selected security evidence. Sentinel’s explanation stays linked to the supplied observations, including source identities, times and relevant limits. Your team can move from the explanation back to those records. This supports a clearer decision without inventing an attacker, treating missing information as certainty, or granting the AI permission to change business software.

A firewall response with clear limits.*
A reactive firewall can apply a narrow, temporary block when it is authorized. Sentinel prepares the specific response. LawGuard checks it against the agreed rules, and the receiving system enforces its local permissions. Advisory provides findings and advice. Managed adds individually approved operations. Pre-authorized Protection allows selected actions within agreed limits and stop controls. The dashboard records whether an action completed, failed, or still needs checking. An AI recommendation never supplies its own authority.

Keep improving the picture.*
Approved intelligence is checked regularly, with weekly research into detection methods and coverage gaps. Improvements pass testing before eligible updates follow the agreed rollout. Monthly reporting brings together alerts, actions and outstanding follow-up. Governor uses proprietary, patent-pending technology developed in Canada, operates on our own systems, and has active pilots with two other companies. The benefit is clearer oversight and controlled help as your environment changes.
