Pre-authorized work
An exact standing delegation permits routine actions within the client’s accepted limits. LawGuard checks every invocation without another approval prompt.

Governor AIACTIVE INTERNAL & EXTERNAL PILOTS
Governor AI is in active internal and external pilots. We do not rely on an LLM obeying its prompt. The model can ignore instructions and attempt an unauthorized action. LawGuard runs as a separate program outside the LLM and blocks that attempted action before it reaches the protected function. Pre-authorized work can still proceed within the client’s laws.

AUTHORITY STAYS WITH THE ORGANIZATION
Prompts guide the model. LawGuard independently enforces the client’s function laws at the protected action boundary—even when the model tries to ignore its instructions.
An exact standing delegation permits routine actions within the client’s accepted limits. LawGuard checks every invocation without another approval prompt.
Watch delegated work ↗Where the workflow requires it, an exact request waits for its authorized operator. Both authority modes retain the function’s law checks.
See the authority modes ↗A changed target, forbidden data export or invalid permission is refused at the protected route to the effect. A model cannot create its own grant.

Selected programs work together while preserving distinct responsibilities and authority.
Overview, Fleet, LawGuard and Audit connect service observations to function laws, exact grants and observed outcomes.
Explore the client console ↗LawGuard is a separate enforcement program outside the LLM. A model may generate a forbidden tool call; LawGuard checks the attempted action and refuses unauthorized execution.
Inspect a law and its purpose ↗Preserve source-linked knowledge, review and history across sessions and models. Historical knowledge remains separate from current authority.
Follow the handover ↗Connect governed software work and cooperating AI roles to durable project context, narrow integrations and controlled release workflows.
Watch a governed change ↗Trace proposals through decisions and verification. Keep uncertain outcomes visible, hold conflicting work and reconcile before retrying.
See an uncertain result handled ↗Apply the governance principle to domain-specific workflows across enterprise operations, utilities and public services, with dedicated design and qualification for each system.

Governor designs and commissions a dedicated system for each client, using a maintained foundation of reusable programs.
A custom dashboard, law packs, domain integrations, authenticated roles and operational data scoped to the engagement.
Your agreed infrastructure, with Governor integration and support. Operating, update and data-custody responsibilities are defined together.
Governor operates the contracted environment and service, with access, scope and responsibilities agreed. Business authority stays explicit.
A reusable foundation supports repeatable delivery. Each client’s identities, credentials, laws and live state remain separate.
DEVELOPED IN CANADA
Governor AI is in active internal and external pilots, including use in our own systems. Further features continue through final research and development.
