This policy covers the Site and the inquiries you send us through it. Governor AI and our other products are delivered to clients under separate written agreements; the handling of information inside a client system is governed by that client's agreement, not by this policy.

When you submit the briefing request form or write to us by email, you may provide:

• Contact details: your name, title or position, organization, email address and, optionally, a telephone number
• Inquiry details: your sector, your primary interest and the message you write to us
• Correspondence: the content of emails you exchange with us afterwards

2.2 Information collected automatically

The Site is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access) in order to operate and secure the service, under its own terms.

2.3 Information we do not collect

The Site does not ask for payment details, account credentials or sensitive personal information. Please do not include such information in a form submission or email.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

We do not use your information for automated decision-making about you, and we do not use it to train AI models.

4. Where Information Is Stored and How It Is Protected

4.1 Data residency

Governor Technologies Inc. is based in Canada. Submissions made through the Site are received through our website hosting and form-delivery provider, whose infrastructure may be located outside Canada. Correspondence and records that we hold directly are stored in Canada where practicable. Personal information in our custody remains subject to Canadian privacy law regardless of where a service provider processes it, and we require our providers to protect it with safeguards consistent with this policy.

4.2 Security measures
